Dr. Shafagh Alaei Jordehi

Shafagh Alaei-Jordehi obtained her PhD in Business Economics, with a focus on simulation and optimization modeling techniques in synchromodal transport. She previously completed an advanced master’s degree in Maritime and Air Transport Management at the University of Antwerp. She also holds a master’s degree in Railway Transportation Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Her current research focuses on the Physical Internet, particularly on developing simulation and optimization models to support more sustainable and efficient logistics systems.
