Congratulations to our colleague Joséphine Mariquivoi and Juliana Betancur Arenas!
Joséphine has been awarded the Ladyss and Institut pour la Ville et le Commerce 2023 prize, in recognition of the research work carried out within the Logistics City Chair supervised by Heleen Buldeo Rai. Joséphine:"I'm delighted to have been able to discuss the theme of 'When e-commerce comes to town' with the other prizewinner, Madiha Khelifi Bendjaballah, and professionals from the sector."
On June 8, the Women's University honored six students for their feminist final-year work including our colleague Juliana. She was awarded third prize for her work "Women's Participation in Urban Cycling beyond the Brussels Canal: A study on Motivators and Deterrents", as part of her ULB-Vrije Universiteit Brussel Interuniversity Master's Degree in Urban Studies."
