Biography
In September 2021, Kathleen Cauwelier obtained the degree of Master of Science in Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her master dissertation focused on the Belgian consumer acceptance of meal kits. She also participated in the Inisol Trade Mission during her master's degree, where she conducted market research of the Romanian hard fruit and retail sectors to assess the commercial potential for Belgian pears in Romania.
Currently, she is a PhD student at the Mobilise research group under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Koen Mommens. Her research focuses on combining e-consumer behavior psychology and the sustainability assessment of parcel deliveries.
