The Strategic Resilience project supports Infrabel in developing a strategic risk and opportunity management approach that helps make the Belgian rail network more resilient and future-proof in the face of deep uncertainty. Building on Infrabel’s 5HIFT framework, the project explores how societal, economic, energy, environmental and mobility developments may affect the railway system, and translates these insights into plausible future scenarios and robust strategic options using the CRISPA method (developed by Mobilise).
