ULI Philadelplhia is organising its second event of three-part series in partnership with Green Building United on the 26th of January. The event focuses on warehouse development with an emphasis on sustainable design and construction strategies.
A panel of experts will present and discuss recent trends and findings on how warehouse development is impacting land use decisions, zoning and transportation infrastructure. One of the experts is our own colleague Heleen Buldeo Rai. She will present warehouse developments in European cities, proximity logistics policies and practices, and sustainability challenges.The forum will conclude with a warehouse development case study presentation. A recording of the event will be available for all registered attendees.
