We are pleased to invite you to the conference of the research projects CATAPULT, SmartHubs and JUSTICE that is taking place on the 23rd of February. This conference is jointly organised by the CATAPULT consortium in collaboration with the KU Leuven Institute of Mobility (LIM) and the JUSTICE and SmartHubs projects.
The purpose of CATAPULT is to create and adapt policies to improve target group-specific, inclusive and demand-driven automated mobility solutions in cities and urban regions.
The SmartHubs project (where Mobilise is one of the partners) examines mobility hubs, dedicated on-street locations where citizens can choose from different shared and sustainable mobility options.
JUSTICE relies on the idea that intra-urban accessibility is genuinly not the same for everyone. Spatiotemporal, but also social, physical, and socio-cognitive inequalities arguably reinforce the strinsically uneven nature of accessibility.
Results from CATAPULT, and preliminary results from the other projects will be presented. The participants will also be given the opportunity to participate in interactive sessions in the SmartHubs and the CATAPULT projects. Finally, there will be a plenary discussion on policy recommendations.
